Shipping
All products within The Work VACAY will be shipped within 48-business hours.
Fees & Refunds
If you're not completely satisfied with The Work VACAY experience, we will consider refunding your investment. Our 100% VACAY Guarantee is offered when you have made a honourable effort to complete the exercises and framework and have submitted these for review with your request. Refunds will only be issued with your completed worksheets, completed course content, or completed book pages.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Payment Schedule
Our payment schedules are available quarterly or annually. If you do not want the refreshed content, cancel before the 15th of the quarter renewal and you won't be charged for subsequent seasons. Quarterly content refresh happens: April 15th, July 15th, October 15th, and January 15th. Please ensure you review and understand the payment schedule before committing to a payment schedule. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to making your selection.
